PolaShop is a software solution published and operated by Polariva. The publication director is the legal representative of Polariva.
2. Hosting
This website is hosted by Hostinger International Ltd, 61 Lordou Vironos Street, 6023 Larnaca, Cyprus. The PolaShop platform is hosted by OVH SAS, 2 rue Kellermann, 59100 Roubaix, France, on servers located in France. Each client store has its own database, isolated from the others.
3. Intellectual property
The website, the PolaShop platform, its code, templates, interfaces, texts and graphic elements are the property of Polariva and are protected by Tunisian and international intellectual property law. The names "PolaShop" and "Polariva" are distinctive signs of Polariva.
Any reproduction, representation, adaptation or exploitation, in whole or in part, without the prior written consent of Polariva is prohibited. Content published by merchants on their stores (logos, photos, texts, prices) remains the property of those merchants.
Screenshots shown on the website illustrate the platform. Names, phone numbers, addresses and amounts appearing in them are fictitious.
4. Personal data and cookies
Data processing carried out through this website and the platform is described in the privacy policy. The use of cookies and third-party services is described in the cookie policy. Anyone may request the deletion of their data from the data deletion page.
5. Liability
Information published on this website is provided for guidance. Polariva strives to keep it accurate but does not warrant that it is free of errors or omissions. Performance indicators mentioned (conversion rate, confirmation rate, time to go live) are orders of magnitude observed with merchants using the platform; they are not a guarantee of results. Results depend on each merchant's product, ad creatives, budget and call team.
Polariva is not responsible for the content of third-party websites linked from this site, nor for third-party services (Meta, WhatsApp Business, WinSMS, carriers) that merchants choose to enable under their own accounts.
6. Governing law
This website and this notice are governed by Tunisian law. In the event of a dispute, and failing an amicable settlement, the courts of Ariana have exclusive jurisdiction.
